At Prosper Pulse Ventures, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and professional consulting services. By purchasing any product or service from our company, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made with Prosper Pulse Ventures are non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a client decides not to move forward, fails to complete required intake forms, experiences financial hardship, or believes that services have not yet begun. Internal work begins immediately upon payment, including administrative setup, system access provisioning, and allocation of professional resources. While we are committed to addressing client concerns, all transactions are final and irreversible.

Final Sale of All Services and Products

All consulting services, digital products, memberships, and packaged offerings are considered final sale. This applies to, but is not limited to, business consulting, marketing consulting, IT and technology consulting, and career or academic consulting services. Once payment is processed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted regardless of usage, participation level, or client engagement.

Digital Product Delivery

All digital products, including courses, templates, downloads, and platform access, are sold as final sale. Upon purchase, access is automatically granted or securely delivered to the client. Once access has been issued, the product is deemed delivered and cannot be refunded or canceled. If technical difficulties occur, clients may contact info@prosperpulseventures.com for assistance. Technical issues do not constitute valid grounds for refunds.

Payment Plans

Select services may be offered through installment payment arrangements. By enrolling in a payment plan, the client agrees to complete all scheduled payments on time and without interruption. If any payment is missed or fails to process, the payment plan will be terminated and the remaining balance will become immediately due before any further services continue. Payment plans are not paused, reset, or renegotiated.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing all required documentation, intake forms, and communications in a timely manner. Any delays resulting from a client’s failure to respond or submit required materials do not qualify for refunds, credits, or timeline adjustments. Ongoing cooperation and responsiveness are required throughout the project duration.

Technical Support

Prosper Pulse Ventures provides technical support to ensure that digital products function as described. Clients experiencing access issues or technical concerns should contact our support team for assistance. Support services are provided for functionality, not for refund consideration.

Disputed Transaction Policy

Prosper Pulse Ventures maintains a strict policy regarding transaction disputes. By completing a purchase with our company, you acknowledge and agree that disputed transactions are not permitted and will not be honored once payment has been successfully processed.

All services and digital products are considered delivered upon issuance of access, scheduling, or internal activation. As such, any chargebacks, reversals, or transaction disputes initiated after purchase are not recognized and will be formally contested in accordance with our no-refund policy. All sales are final.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any questions or concerns directly with our team so they may be addressed promptly and professionally. Initiating a dispute through a financial institution, card issuer, or third party processor does not alter the binding nature of this agreement and will be responded to with full documentation of service activation and policy acceptance.

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to these terms and waive the right to dispute any completed transaction.
